This position is being recruited by Well Planned on behalf of our client located in San Diego. All inquiries and applications will be managed through Well Planned throughout the hiring process.

About The Hiring Company

Our client is a growing corporate housing property management company based in San Diego, specializing in premium temporary housing solutions. They’re known for their high standards, attention to detail, and commitment to an exceptional client experience — and that same standard extends to how they run their business. As they continue to scale, they’re looking for a sharp, driven Accounting Manager who’s ready to step in, take ownership, and help build something great.

The Opportunity

This is a take-the-wheel, own-the-outcomes kind of role. You’ll be the on-site accounting lead — the person who owns the financial function from top to bottom. But it goes beyond the numbers. As a key member of a lean, close-knit team, you’ll have a real seat at the table, contributing to operational strategy and partnering closely with leadership to help drive the company forward. You’ll have the support of an offshore AP coordinator and an incoming offshore accounting assistant, but the day-to-day decisions, the process improvements, and the financial integrity of the business? That’s on you. If you’re the type who thrives with autonomy, gets energized by bringing order to complexity, and wants to actually see the impact of your work — this is the role for you.
