We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Manager to join our team and oversee all financial operations, ensuring the company’s financial health, compliance, and strategic growth in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to support the company’s growth and profitability.
  • Prepare detailed forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Provide senior management with timely, accurate financial reports and actionable insights.

Accounting & Reporting

  • Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Maintain compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local regulations.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management

  • Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure financial stability and operational efficiency.
  • Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and financial risk mitigation.
  • Optimize surplus fund investments and refine financing strategies to support business growth.

Taxation & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with VAT, corporate tax, and other applicable regulations.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and consultants to maintain compliance and strategic planning.
  • Implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent financial fraud.
  • Ensure adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies and procedures within the finance and accounting processes.

Real Estate Brokerage Focus

  • Track and reconcile property transactions, commissions, and agent payments accurately and on time.
  • Analyze project and portfolio profitability to support business decisions.
  • Assist management in structuring investment opportunities and strategic partnerships to maximize returns.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, CMA, or equivalent preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in real estate or property.
  • Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial modeling, real estate transactions, and tax regulations.
  • Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and compliance procedures.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (experience with real estate software is a plus).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Mandarin.
