Location: Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi (Preference for residents of Bahria, DHA, Askari 14, or nearby areas)

About Us

Sequel Technologies, a software company providing healthcare IT and medical billing services to the US market.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end and year-end close processes
  • Prepare and review journal entries, invoices, expense reports, and payment runs
  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger entries
  • Generate financial reports and assist management with financial analysis
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standard accounting principles
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors as needed
  • Support audits and documentation requests as required

Qualifications/Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of relevant accounting experience
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with budgeting and forecasting is a plus
  • Knowledge of additional accounting software is a plus

  • 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
