Accounts & Admin Assistant

The Account & Admin Assistant will be responsible for a wide range of tasks such as :

: Applying and managing all Saifzone related documents such as customs, EHS etc.

: Assisting in VAT filing & basic accounting knowledge.

: Managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, handling customer correspondence via email and performing clerical duties.

: They will also assist executives with administrative tasks as needed. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Skills Required :

: Accounting & Administrative skills

: Phone etiquette and communication skills.

: Excellent written & verbal communication.

: Strong organizational & multitasking abilities.

: Proficiency in Office software & Tally.

: Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
