Job Title: Accounts cum Admin Executive
Experience: 1-3 years (can adjust as per your requirement)
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Management:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records including ledger posting, invoice preparation, and expense tracking.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, etc.).
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records.
Administration:
- Manage office operations and ensure smooth functioning of administrative tasks.
- Handle vendor management and procurement of office supplies.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and HR-related documentation.
- Coordinate with service providers and external agencies as required.
- Support management in various administrative tasks and reporting.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Proven experience in accounting and office administration.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Office.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
