Accounts & Admin Executive

Job Title: Accounts cum Admin Executive

Experience: 1-3 years (can adjust as per your requirement)

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Management:

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting records including ledger posting, invoice preparation, and expense tracking.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, etc.).
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial records.

Administration:

  • Manage office operations and ensure smooth functioning of administrative tasks.
  • Handle vendor management and procurement of office supplies.
  • Assist in maintaining employee records and HR-related documentation.
  • Coordinate with service providers and external agencies as required.
  • Support management in various administrative tasks and reporting.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • Proven experience in accounting and office administration.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Office.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
