Accounts Administrative Assistant cum HR

Vitram FZCO is looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to work on work on various administrative, basic data-entry accountant works and personal assistant tasks in well-organized and timely manner to support the company.

Requirements:

  • Presentable, smart-looking and professional candidates with UAE experience preferred.
  • Available to join immediately and willing to relocate if required.

Job Description:

  • Create quotes, supplier POs and client invoices based on the requests.
  • Maintain the relevant data lists by collating the data from the documents.
  • Maintain account receivables and payables data and records for cashflow.
  • Prepare export documents, CI, PL and apply for COO.
  • Create Job Offer letters, employment contracts and maintain staff time-sheets.
  • Handle PRO works like license renewals and visa applications and cancellations.
  • Issue air-tickets and make hotel bookings for CEO and staff's travel.
  • Create MIS reports as per requirements.
  • Created and maintained VAT filing folders, updating all related documents to support compliance and audit readiness.
  • Led end to end graphic update projects, ensuring smooth execution from planning to completion.
