We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to manage daily accounting and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will support the finance and sales department by maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial records, invoices, and payment documentation
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and expense reports
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor financial transactions
- Assist in payroll processing and commission calculations
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
- Support VAT documentation and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial matters
- Assist in preparing financial reports and management summaries
- Manage daily office operations and coordination between departments
- Coordinate agreement renewals and vendor management
- Manage correspondence, emails, and internal communication
- Assist in compliance and regulatory documentation
- Support management with reports, follow-ups, and task coordination
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience in accounting or finance administration
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
