Accounts and Admin Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Assistant to support our Accounts and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day accounting tasks, office administration, documentation control, and coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily accounting entries and maintain proper financial records
  • Support accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Maintain employee records and assist with HR administrative tasks
  • Handle office documentation, filing, and data management
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Assist in preparing reports for management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounts and administrative roles (UAE experience preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
