Accounts and Admin Executive

• 2- 5 yrs of relevant experience in General accounting related work such as preparation of vouchers, Tally accounting software, book keeping, Service Tax, TDS Payments, Balance Sheet preparation, Vendor Reconciliation Statement, Accounting Transactions, Audits and Corporate communications Petty Cash Management & Cash book Reconciliation, MIS Reports.
• Process and run Payroll
• Experience in statutory payments like PF, ESI, PT & TDS
• Strong knowledge in GST
• Complete Office Administration
• Experience with Zoho books & Payroll software is mandatory
• Well versed in MS Excel mainly in Vlookup, Hlookup, MS Office, MS Word, Tally ERP9, MS PowerPoint, Email.
• Should have excellent communication skills (written & spoken)
• Candidate should be young, dynamic and has ability to proactively handle Accounts and administrative activities as per schedule.
• Candidates with accounting experience in IT services companies are preferred.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with notice period up to 30 days/less are highly preferred
