We are a well-established and stable agriculture commodity trading company based in Jayanagar, Bengaluru. With a strong presence in sourcing, trading, and distribution of agricultural products, we are committed to quality, reliability, and long-term partnerships with farmers and buyers across India.

Position Overview:

The Accounts and Dispatch Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and managing dispatch activities for the timely delivery of goods. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of accounting principles, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts:

· Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally or other accounting software.

· Handle purchase, sales, journal, and expense entries.

· Prepare and reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.

· Assist in preparing GST data, invoices, and related documentation.

· Support management with periodic financial summaries and reports.

Dispatch & Logistics:

· Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for order processing and dispatch.

· Prepare delivery challans, invoices, and transport documentation.

· Track and ensure timely dispatch and delivery of consignments.

· Maintain dispatch records and stock movement registers.

· Communicate with customers and transporters for smooth delivery operations.

Candidate Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts and/or dispatch operations.

Age: Below 30 years.

Skills:

· Working knowledge of Tally or similar accounting software.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email correspondence).

· Strong communication and coordination skills.

· Attention to detail and organizational abilities.

· Knowledge of GST, invoicing, and logistics documentation preferred.

· Spoken and written English, Kannada.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
