About the Company
Rotech Pumps is a Canadian OEM manufacturer with a global footprint in industrial pumping systems. Our India operation supports global manufacturing, exports, and operations for the company. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to handle all accounting, taxation, and export documentation functions for our India division.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Compliance
- Manage all day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping operations
- Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant (CA) for statutory filings and audits
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and other government filings
- Maintain vendor and customer ledgers, reconcile accounts, and track payments
- Review purchase orders and invoices for accuracy and compliance
- Support internal and external audits and ensure proper documentation
Export & Documentation
- Create commercial invoices, packing lists, and coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics providers
- Arrange and verify export documentation including shipping bills, export invoices, and bank submission papers
- Coordinate with CHA and logistics partners for export bookings and shipping schedules
- Negotiate and compare freight rates, working to reduce shipping costs and ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain accurate records for each shipment including export documentation and proof of delivery
- Track all export shipments and resolve delays or discrepancies
Operational Coordination
- Support management in maintaining vendor documentation and purchase order records
- Monitor shipment timelines, proactively follow up with vendors and forwarders
- Ensure compliance with export control and customs requirements
- Provide cost-saving insights and process improvements for logistics and procurement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in accounting and export documentation (manufacturing preferred)
- Strong understanding of GST returns, invoicing, and export documentation workflow
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Tally or similar)
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
