Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and manage financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial statements, balance sheet management, tax filings, profit & loss analysis, and wealth/financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and review financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Maintain and monitor balance sheet accuracy
- Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) reports
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to management
Accounting Operations
- Oversee general ledger, accounts payable & receivable
- Ensure accurate and timely closing of books
- Maintain proper documentation and audit trails
Taxation & Compliance
- Handle tax filings (Sales Tax, Income Tax) in compliance with FBR regulations
- Coordinate with tax consultants and auditors
- Ensure compliance with local laws and financial regulations
Wealth & Financial Management
- Manage company funds, cash flow, and liquidity planning
- Assist in investment and wealth management strategies
- Monitor financial risks and suggest mitigation plans
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts
- Track performance against budgets and recommend improvements
Audit & Controls
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Implement and maintain strong internal controls
Requirements:
- Qualification: CA (Inter/Finalist), ACCA, ACMA, or MBA Finance
- Experience: 5–8 years (preferably in FMCG / Manufacturing / Corporate sector)
- Strong knowledge of:
- Financial reporting & accounting standards
- Tax laws in Pakistan
- ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and leadership skills
Preferred Skills:
- Strong grip on financial modeling & forecasting
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Pay: Rs180,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
