Accounts Assistant

Job Summary:

The Accountant will be responsible for managing the company’s financial records, statutory compliance, and reporting. The role involves bookkeeping, taxation, budgeting, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements to ensure smooth financial operations and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Bookkeeping

Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ledgers.

Ensure accuracy in financial transactions and documentation.

Banking & Reconciliation

Perform regular bank reconciliations.

Monitor and manage daily cash flow.

Taxation & Compliance

Handle TDS, GST filing, and respond to statutory notices.

File Income Tax returns within deadlines.

Financial Reporting

Prepare and present daily Profit & Loss (P&L) reports.

Generate monthly and annual P&L and Balance Sheet statements.

Provide regular cash flow reports to the MD.

Budgeting & Planning

Prepare and monitor department-wise budgets.

Support management in financial planning and forecasting.

Audit & Coordination

Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

2–4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in corporate / SME sector.

Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.

Proficiency in Tally / ERP / MS Excel.

Good analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Job Types: Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
