Responsibilities:

  • Keep and manage all financial records using Tally and Excel.
  • Record daily bank entries like deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
  • Make and update bills for sales and purchases in Tally.
  • Handle online banking work such as RTGS, NEFT, and IMPS payments.
  • Manage cheque payments — issue cheques and keep track of cleared ones.
  • Do bank reconciliation to match bank statements with company records.
  • Prepare simple financial reports and cash summaries in Excel.
  • Help with monthly and yearly closing of accounts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
