Accounts Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling essential accounting tasks, including invoicing, credit notes and VAT compliance. This role requires strong organizational skills, expertise in Excel, and a basic understanding of UAE VAT and corporate tax regulations. Preference will be given to candidates available for immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue invoices accurately and on time.
• Process and issue credit notes as required.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of invoices and credit notes in compliance with FTA regulations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and corporate tax requirements in daily tasks.
• Address and resolve customer queries related to invoices and credit notes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
• Basic knowledge of UAE VAT and corporate tax regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage customer interactions effectively.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities efficiently.
• Prior experience in a similar accounting role is an advantage.
• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
