​Job Summary

​Papas Trading Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Assistant to support our growing finance team. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing invoices, and ensuring smooth daily accounting operations.

​Key Responsibilities

​Transaction Management: Process and record invoices, payments, and receipts accurately.

​AP/AR: Handle accounts payable (vendor management) and accounts receivable (customer invoicing).

​Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date documentation and organized financial files.

​Compliance: Adhere to internal controls and assist with GST-related documentation.

​Admin Support: Perform general clerical tasks to assist the finance department.

​Requirements

​Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.Com preferred, but any Bachelor's degree is welcome).

​Software: Strong proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Excel.

​Skills: Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and data entry accuracy.

​Knowledge: Familiarity with GST regulations in India is highly desirable.

​Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills.

​Availability: Must be ready to join immediately.
