Accounts Assistant

Job Summary:

The Accountant Assistant supports the finance department by performing day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, and assisting in the preparation of reports. The role ensures accurate data entry, compliance with accounting standards, and smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
  • Record daily transactions in accounting software
  • Prepare and process invoices, bills, and expense reports
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Support payroll processing and employee reimbursements
  • Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Maintain filing systems for financial documents
  • Assist during internal and external audits
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
