Accounts Assistant

Atom Alloys Facilities Management is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant to join our team!

Location: BurJuman, Dubai
Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily accounting operations and financial transactions
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, and reports
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Maintain accurate documentation and filing of financial data
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors regarding payments

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
