Job Summary:

The Accounts Assistant is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain books of accounts including vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payments

Prepare and record journal entries, expenses, and accruals

Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable

Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers/vendors

Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records

Support senior accountants and management as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
