We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support the daily accounting activities of the company. The candidate will assist with bookkeeping, invoice processing, data entry, and maintaining financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and files.
- Assist in bank reconciliations and account statements.
- Follow up on customer and supplier payments.
- Support month-end and year-end accounting activities.
- Prepare basic financial reports as required.
- Assist the Accounts Manager with administrative accounting tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
