Wedding Sales

Job description -

• Respond to wedding inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and in-person meetings
• Conduct venue tours and present wedding packages tailored to clients' needs and budgets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and booked clients
• Create and manage customized proposals, contracts, and invoices
• Collaborate with internal teams (catering, operations, vendors) to ensure seamless execution
• Track sales leads, conversion rates, and maintain CRM records
• Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and wedding styles
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals

Requirements:

• Proven experience in wedding sales, event coordination, or hospitality sales (2+ years preferred)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Confident in presenting and negotiating with clients
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for client meetings and events
