• Must have an academic background in Accounting (B.Com / M.Com)
• Intermediate English proficiency
• Willingness to work night shifts (US Shift: 8 PM – 5 AM)
• Note: Cab facility is provided for female candidates only
• Working days: Monday to Friday

Job Overview:

The Settlements Associate will be responsible for processing and managing payments to drivers. This role ensures accurate and timely settlements, adherence to financial policies, and effective communication with drivers regarding their payments.

Responsibilities:

· Process weekly/monthly payments to drivers in accordance with company policies.

· Ensure all payments are accurate and on time.

· Verify payment details and rectify discrepancies.

· Reconcile driver payment accounts and resolve any outstanding issues.

· Maintain detailed records of all transactions and settlements.

· Prepare monthly reconciliation reports for management review.

· Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to driver settlements.

Qualification:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

· Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.

· Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
