Accounts Clerk

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Clerk to support our finance department with daily accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial record-keeping and assist in maintaining smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update financial records and documentation
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
  • Prepare basic financial reports and summaries
  • Assist in payroll processing (if required)
  • Ensure proper filing and record management
  • Support audits and compliance requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in accounting or finance role
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Experience in hotel or hospitality industry is an advantage
