We are expanding our team and looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Admin Assistant to support our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, and payment follow-ups.
  • Prepare expense reports, financial summaries, and reconciliations.
  • Assist in budget preparation and ensure compliance with financial policies.
  • Coordinate with the finance team for monthly closing and audit requirements.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Manage office documentation, filing systems, and correspondence.
  • Handle calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in procurement of office supplies and vendor coordination.
  • Support HR and recruitment processes (scheduling interviews, documentation).
  • Prepare letters, memos, and presentations as required.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and maintain confidentiality of information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounts and administrative roles (preferred in education/training industry).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of basic VAT compliance (preferred).
