Job Purpose
Accounts & Dial Management Senior Specialist is a critical key role for Enterprise acquisition and base operations. Owning Connectivity & Solutions assignments function to assure accurate accounts mapped with segment and industry Ensuring following marketing segment owners structure list for business sectors Creating and Initiating new process handling for effective mapping GSM and Connectivity segmentation Auditing and Checking new activated solutions and connectivity accounts compared to sales structure and segment Following Up with Billing and complain teams for received sales complains delivered from customers.

Job Responsibilities Managing base sales assignments Managing and handling industrial segment Connectivity segmentation as per accounts documents validation Large.Gov and SME. Gated assignments and add links & upgrade assignments and validations. Connectivity re-segmentation& assignment Applying Updated structure Applying New Industrial Sub Segment per each Segment Reviewing monthly and validation for cross selling cases Applying GSM processes on Connectivity business Support and focal point with for handover process Main Stakeholder with marketing segments owner Main key role with commission and reporting teams Focal owner with Operation support teams sales validation MISP floor mail box Owner •Owner and Handling for all received complains for termination related toi sales feedback needed and actions to save churn •Owner and Handling received complains from sales for customers billing and create related complains Srs to ISP collection teams Dial Management assignment SPOC & Focal point for dials distribution as per target per segment
QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL
Knowledge: Excellent Computer skills, Excellent leadership skills High Collaboration Effective management Knowledge of service validation and vendor managment Professional Microsoft office skills (advanced Excel is required) Proper time management, analytical thinking and negotiation skills. Planning experience Manage change control and work with sales, PM commercial, sales support, technical and finance Customer & Results oriented. Organizing capabilities Education: University Degree (Faculty of commerce – accounting section) Language Proficiency: Excellent English (Reading, Writing & Oral). Problem Solving: Handle issue of cross selling Handle non assigned accounts list Handle leaver/moved accounts assignments Handling wrong accounts segmentation Checking and validation for duplicate dials Checking cases impacting commission Skills & Abilities: Excellent communications Skills Result oriented Customer oriented Advanced presentation skills Advanced communication skills. Leadership capabilities Negotiation skills Ability to work in team Work under pressure
