Accounts Executive

• Financial Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions, updating the general ledger, and ensuring all financial data is up-to-date.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable:Managing both money owed to the company and money the company owes to others, including processing invoices and following up on payments.
• Bank Reconciliation:Reconciling bank statements to ensure the accuracy of recorded financial transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
• Financial Reporting:Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management review and decision-making.
