Job Summary:

As an Accounts Executive in the automobile industry, you will be responsible for assisting in the financial operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of accounting processes. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, handling accounts payable and receivable, preparing reports, and assisting in the preparation of financial statements. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Management:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of transactions.
• Financial Reporting:
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to management.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:For Freshers:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.

For Experienced Candidates:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or related field; higher education or professional certifications (CA, ICWA, etc.) is a plus.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the automobile industry.
