VVRS Chits Fund Company, with 33 years of trusted service in the chit fund industry, is committed to providing reliable and transparent financial solutions. We are expanding our Tirupur branch and seeking a skilled Accountant for our financial operations.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our Tirupur office. The role involves handling daily accounting, preparing financial reports, managing customer transactions, and ensuring statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate books of accounts (day book, ledger, trial balance, and final accounts).

Record daily transactions, receipts, and payments related to chit fund operations.

Handle customer collections, deposits, and reconciliation of bank accounts.

Prepare monthly and yearly financial statements.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, etc.).

Manage petty cash and branch-level financial reporting.

Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.

Support management in budgeting, financial planning, and expense control.

Maintain confidentiality of financial data and client records.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Proficiency in Tally ERP/Accounting Software and MS Excel.

Familiarity with chit fund operations or NBFC financial processes is an added advantage.

Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Good communication skills (Tamil & English preferred).

Ability to work independently and with the branch team.
