Manage all accounting transactions.
Creating and issuing invoices to customers.
Following up on outstanding payments and answering customer queries.
Monitoring all payments and preparing monthly billing reports.
Making book of accounts in Tally.
Making Callan and E way bill.
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
Audit financial transactions and documents.
Reinforce financial data confidentiality & conduct database backups when necessary.
Report on the company's financial health and liquidity.
Making vendor payment.
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
Ensure timely bank payment.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Tracking payments to internal and external stakeholders.
Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
Ensure timely bank payments.
Submit all the necessary reports to the director at the end of the month.
Job Specification-
Must have 4-5 years of experience in similar field.
Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. Tally, Flexi)
Familiarity with finance regulations.
Should have proper accounting knowledge.
Preference given to MCOM candidates.
Prefered only female candidates.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
