Accounts Executive

Job description:

Abhi Vairavan's Plumbing Co is located in Chennai Tamil Nadu, We are retailing and whole selling of sanitary wares, Tiles, Plumbing materials and Bathroom fittings.

We are looking candidates for the post of "Accounts Executive" in Chennai with an experience of 3 to 5 years.

Job Description :

. Maintain all records of accounts like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments.

. Bank Reconciliation, Payment Collection.

. Monthly GST working.

. Stock Checking.

. Cash Expenses analysis and comparison.

. Reconciliation of Sundry Debtors & Creditors.

. Banking works like a cheques issue for clearing Cash Deposit, NEFT and RTGS.

. Handling Day to Day accounting.

. Knowledge in EPF, ESI and other statutory compliance.

. Corrects accounting errors and posts journal entry adjustments.

. Updates and maintains general ledger accounts by keeping close track of accounts receivable details and control accounts.

. Completes other accounting tasks as needed.

. Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to company accounting and financial guidelines.

. Tally ERP.

Responsibilities and Skills :

. Qualification - B.com or Bachelor's degree in related field.

. Hands-on experience working with general ledgers

. Strong written and verbal communication skills

. Excellent problem-solving skills

. Proficient with ERP systems, including Microsoft Office.

. Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.

. Experience – 3 to 5 Years in Accounts

. Gender- Both

. Salary - 20K to 30K
