We're seeking an experienced Accounts Executive & Taxation Consultant to manage our financial records, ensure compliance with tax laws, and provide expert tax guidance.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive & Taxation Consultant to handle accounting, taxation, and compliance tasks. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and taxation, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of managing financial records and tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts:

1. Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

2. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other relevant reports.

3. Accounting Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Taxation:

1. Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with direct and indirect taxes, including income tax, GST, and other relevant taxes.

2. Tax Planning: Provide tax planning advice to management, identifying opportunities for tax savings and ensuring compliance with tax laws.

3. Tax Returns: Prepare and file tax returns, including income tax returns, GST returns, and other relevant tax returns.

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Audit Support: Provide support during audits, ensuring timely and accurate responses to auditor queries.

2. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

3. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial management and tax compliance.

Requirements:

1. Education: bachelor's degree in commerce,Accounting or equivalent certifications preferred.

2. Experience: 4-8 years of experience in accounting and taxation; experience in the construction or real estate industry preferred.

3. Skills:

- Strong knowledge of accounting and taxation laws, including GST and income tax.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
