Job Description - Account Executive
Objectives:
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners by understanding their focus and anticipating their needs.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to smoothen the workflow.
- Manage communications between the Sales team and Client for all invoices.
- Needs to update time to time regarding all Tax and Other Statutory updating as per government portal.
- Needs to coordinate with all departments.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing monthly and annual reconciliations
- Processing employee salaries
- Receiving and storing invoices
- Using digital systems to keep records and create payments
- Preparing, Posting and managing all accounting transactions
- Handling Petty Cash Accounts
- Preparing accounts and tax returns
- Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations
- Generating invoices and account statements
- Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Required skills and qualifications
- 2 - 3 yrs of experience in Accounting.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts.
- Ability to understand client needs and negotiate costs and service.
Preferred skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Com) or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Experience overseeing budgets and expenses
- Excellent Email Writing Skills and added advantage.
- Preference: Candidate should be from Pune base
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
