Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintain all accounting records like Purchase Bills, Labour Bills and expense vouchers.
- Maintain petty cash imprest and perform weekly reconciliation for settlement at HO.
- Posting day to day invoices and other accounting transactions in Tally Prime.
- Prepare and maintain documentation of Fixed Assets and other investments undertaken for Nagpur Plant.
- Preparing and maintaining inventory records and assisting in Stock count activity.
- Maintain customer and supplier correspondence files and send weekly status update to HO.
- Maintain supporting documentation of bank transactions undertaken for Nagpur Plant and assist in Bank reconciliation activity at HO.
- Assist in monthly closing activity at HO. Perform any other tasks as directed by the management.
Skills to have
- Sound knowledge of Tally Prime.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, CRM software.
- Knowledge of General Accounting procedures.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation laws.
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial statements and reports.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in recording and reporting financial information.
- Proficient in Data entry management.
- Proficient in preparing & handling of formats, data, files/folders, MIS reporting.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
