We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and supporting the finance department in ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and tax laws.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, and assist in budget preparation.
  • Handle invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation of accounts.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities as needed.
  • Provide support in financial analysis and forecasting.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and accounting standards.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in handling accounting functions in RETAIL Industry.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
