Accounts Executive

AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is looking for the position of Sr. Accounts Executive for its retail department - Head Office based in Karachi

Position: Accounts Executive
Qualification: BBA/MBA (Finance)
Salary: 70k - 80k
Experience: 2 -3 years
Location: DHA Phase 8
Proficiency in accounting software (SAP Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Record day-to-day accounting transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, payments)
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and vouchers
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
• Prepare financial reports and statements as required
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Support audits and provide required documentation
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments
