Job Advert Description

Join Trowers as an Accounts Executive in our Abu Dhabi office. We are seeking a dedicated professional to contribute to our finance team. If you are driven and ready to exceed client expectations, we encourage you to apply.

The Role

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for a variety of financial tasks to ensure smooth operations.

  • Manage day-to-day accounting functions for the UAE offices
  • Arrange and record payments promptly
  • Maintain and manage petty cash
  • Record and manage counsel invoices, liaising with counsels as needed
  • Issue and maintain receipts, posting them to the system
  • Assist the Office Accountant, especially during holidays and audits
  • Liaise with billing supervisors and fee earners on billing matters
  • Generate reports and liaise with fee earners for matter closures
  • Provide assistance to the International Finance Manager and respond to Head Office queries

The Candidate

The ideal Accounts Executive will possess the following:

  • At least 4-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Professional Services Firms
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and commercial awareness
  • A proactive, flexible, and passionate attitude
