Accounts Executive

UCI is a leading name in global commodity trading, supply chain solutions. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive – Payables to join our dynamic finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments in line with company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting related to payables.
• Monitor aging reports and coordinate with internal departments for approvals and issue resolutions.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and payable processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems).
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a trading, manufacturing, or FMCG environment.
• Familiarity with import/export documentation and international payments is a plus.
