Accounts Executive

Realatte Ventures Ltd, a digital marketing agency based in Mumbai, is seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to manage and optimize its vendor payment processes. This role is crucial in ensuring the company's financial health by maintaining accurate records and facilitating timely payments.

Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra
Experience Required: 2-3 years in accounts payable, receivable or related roles
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Accounts Payable & Receivable, including vendor payments and customer collections
• Maintain books of accounts, ledger scrutiny & Bank Reconciliation (BRS)
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B) and ensure GST reconciliation
• Deduct, deposit & file TDS returns (24Q, 26Q) and issue Form 16/16A
• Manage billing, invoicing, and follow-ups on outstanding payments
• Assist in monthly closing, audits, and compliance reporting
• Ensure proper documentation and statutory compliance as per real estate norms

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in accounts payable, receivable or similar financial roles.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Accounts payable: 3 years (Preferred)
• GST and TDS filing: 1 year (Preferred)
