Accounts Executive
GHL Army is hiring an Accounts Executive for a fully remote position. We are a fast-growing agency providing GoHighLevel services to US-based clients and SaaS agencies. This is an entry-to-mid-level role designed for a proactive professional who thrives in a remote environment.
Role Details
· Experience: 2 years
· Location: Remote (Work from Home).
· Working Hours: 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM PKT, Monday to Friday.
· Salary Range: Rs 100,000 – Rs 120,000 (to be finalized by management).
Key Responsibilities
1. Payroll & HR Support
- Assist in preparing monthly payroll sheets for our remote team.
- Maintain accurate attendance and leave records for salary calculations.
- Process salary revisions, increments, and performance bonuses.
- Collaborate with management and the HR department to ensure the team is paid accurately and on time.
2. Tax Documentation & Filing
- Pakistan: Assist in gathering data for FBR Annual income tax filing.
- USA/UK: Organize receipts and invoices required for annual tax filings in the US and UK.
3. Invoicing & Bookkeeping
- Draft professional invoices for US clients using company templates.
- Perform daily data entry in accounting software (QuickBooks/Xero) to keep financial records up to date.
- Reconcile bank and payment gateway statements (Wire/Payoneer) against internal records.
4. Expense Tracking & Budgeting
- Categorize company expenses and flag any unusual or unauthorized spending.
- Maintain a digital library of all company bills, software subscriptions, and receipts.
- Assist in preparing weekly cash-flow reports for management review.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: B.Com or BBA in Finance.
- Tech-Savvy: High proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas).
- Communication: Strong written English skills for professional invoicing and correspondence.
- Work Ethic: High level of honesty and "ownership" over tasks; ability to work independently without constant reminders.
Equipment & Technical Standards
- To maintain our service standards, the following setup is required:
- System: A modern laptop (Memory: Minimum 8GB RAM (16GB preferred) for seamless multitasking.
- Internet: High-speed wired primary connection with a dedicated 4G/LTE mobile backup.
- Power: A UPS or Inverter setup providing at least 6 hours of backup for your laptop, router, light, and fan.
- Audio: A professional-grade noise-canceling headset for clear communication.
