Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Executive to manage accounting operations for both Pakistani and US-based entities. This role requires strong technical accounting skills, accuracy in financial record-keeping, payroll management expertise, and an understanding of statutory compliance requirements.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in bookkeeping, reconciliations, payroll processing, and financial reporting, with the ability to manage multiple entities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping & Reconciliations

  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping records for daily bank and credit card transactions for Pakistani and US companies
  • Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Record and categorize revenues and expenses with proper supporting documentation
  • Reconcile invoices with corresponding payments

Payables & Receivables

  • Prepare and process vendor payments in accordance with internal approval policies
  • Maintain vendor advance records, settlements, and applicable withholding tax details
  • Manage accounts receivable records and prepare aging reports
  • Follow up on outstanding receivables in a timely manner

Payroll Management

  • Process weekly and monthly payroll for Pakistani and US entities
  • Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, taxes, deductions, loans, and advances
  • Maintain employee loan and advance records
  • Distribute payslips and resolve payroll-related discrepancies

Taxation & Compliance

  • Assist in preparation of withholding tax and employee income tax reports for Pakistani entities
  • Coordinate with tax consultants for timely filing and payment of challans
  • Support statutory compliance, including submissions to regulatory and social security authorities
  • Assist in compliance documentation for US-based companies

Reporting & Financial Support

  • Assist in preparation of monthly financial accounts and management reports
  • Support group-level dashboard reporting for Pakistani and US operations
  • Liaise with banks regarding remittances and routine matters
  • Support annual accounts preparation, audits, and tax return filings
  • Assist Finance Manager with ad-hoc accounting tasks as required

Mandatory Skills

  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Desktop and/or QuickBooks Online
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, reconciliations, reporting, data handling)
  • Ability to manage accounting records accurately, systematically, and professionally
  • Strong communication and coordination skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Experience

2–4 years of relevant accounting experience (experience handling multi-entity accounting is preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs100,000.00 per month
