Job Description
Express Global Logistics is looking for a competent and experienced Accounts Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in freight forwarding or shipping line accounting and strong knowledge of tax regulations and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and management of sales invoices and purchase invoices
• Accounts receivable and accounts payable management
• Customer and vendor account reconciliation
• Maintaining general ledger entries
• Preparation of financial reports and statements
• Coordination with operations team regarding shipment billing
• Managing expense records and payment processing
• Handling withholding tax matters
• Knowledge of sales tax and income tax regulations
• Maintaining proper documentation and audit records
• Working with accounting software and MS Excel

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding or Shipping Line
• Minimum Graduate (B.Com / BBA / equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Good command of MS Excel and accounting software
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: PKR 50,000 – 70,000 (depending on experience)
• Annual Bonus
• 20 Annual Leaves
