Accounts Executive

Cutera Aesthetics is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with internship experience who are eager to build a career in accounting and finance. The selected candidate will receive hands-on training and exposure to core accounting functions in a dynamic and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining financial records and accounting documentation
• Support the accounts payable process
• Help prepare vouchers, invoices, and expense reports
• Perform data entry and reconciliation of financial transactions
• Assist in bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance
• Support monthly and year-end closing activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Coordinate with internal departments for financial data and queries

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Fresh graduate or candidate with internship experience only
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Willingness to learn and grow within the organization
