Position: Accounts Executive

Location: Tariq Road, Karachi

Timing: 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm

Salary: Up to PKR 60,000 per month

Experience: 1–2 Years

Qualification: CA Student (ICAP Enrolled) / CA Inter

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant with 1–2 years of experience. The ideal candidate should be enrolled in the CA program (ICAP) and possess strong accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records and bookkeeping activities.
• Prepare and review journal entries, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Maintain general ledger records and ensure data accuracy.
• Support tax-related documentation, including withholding tax and sales tax records.
• Assist in internal and external audit processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Use accounting software and Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.

Requirements

• CA Student (ICAP Enrolled) / CA Inter.
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Compensation

Salary: Up to PKR 60,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience).

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per hour
