Working Days: 5 Days with Alternate Saturdays On

Office Location: MT Khan Road, Clifton, Karachi.

Job Description:

Assist in recording and maintaining expenses, reimbursements, and financial transactions accurately.

Assist in preparing weekly tax workings and ensuring timely submission of applicable tax deductions.

Assist in preparing and submitting monthly Sales Tax workings and returns.

Assist in the preparation and submission of quarterly and annual tax returns, including withholding tax statements.

Maintain proper filing and record management of vouchers, invoices, tax records, and supporting documentation.

Follow up on receivables and coordinate with clients for timely recovery of outstanding amounts.

Assist in tax audits, financial audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory reporting requirements.

Collect, verify, and maintain tax deduction certificates from clients and vendors.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Assist in financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, and management reporting.

Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws, accounting standards, and company policies.

Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities as required.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis tools.

Knowledge of bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial record management.

Strong analytical, numerical, and data interpretation skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
