Job Title: Accounts Executive (Bank & Vendor Reconciliation and Account Payable)
Location: Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time
Qualification: B.Com (IT), B.Com (Hons.), or equivalent.
Experience: 2 to 3 years in accounts payable, bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and financial operations.
Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Bank Reconciliation & Vendor Reconciliation
  • Expertise in Accounts Payable processes
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Formulas)
  • Experience with ERP systems (Oracle/SAP/MS Dynamics preferred)
  • Excellent attention to detail & numerical accuracy
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines & work under pressure

Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable transactions & payment vouchers accurately & timely
  • Perform bank reconciliations & vendor reconciliations regularly
  • Verify invoices against purchase orders & delivery records
  • Maintain & reconcile general ledger accounts related to payables
  • Prepare & process electronic payments
  • Support month-end closing activities & assist in financial reporting
  • Maintain proper documentation & filing of accounting records
  • Assist auditors with required information & documentation
