Profile – Accounts Executive (E-commerce)

Job Timings – 10:00 am to 08:00 pm

Location – Johri Bazar, Jaipur

Salary – 18,000 – 23,000/- per month

Roles & Responsibilities -

• Handle day-to-day accounting for e-commerce sales across platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, Flipkart, etc.
• Reconcile payment gateways (Razorpay, Paytm, Stripe, etc.) and ensure timely settlements.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, returns, commissions, and fees.
• Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to match financials with stock movement.
• Manage GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliance related to e-commerce transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist with audits and financial analysis.
• Monitor vendor payments, receivables, and expense tracking.
• Suggest improvements in processes for better financial accuracy and efficiency.

Skills Required –

• 2+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 1 year in an e-commerce environment.
• Knowledge of order management and inventory control processes.
• Good understanding of Indian taxation (GST, TDS, etc.).
• Attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
