Accounts Executive Ecommerce

Opening for accounts executive with 3 years plus experience. Experience of accounting with any e commerce company preferred.

Maintain and reconcile accounts payable and receivable

Prepare monthly GST filings and TDS returns in compliance with Indian tax laws

Handle marketplace commission reconciliations and chargebacks

Verify and record refunds, returns, and discounts issued via platforms

Maintain ledgers, journals, and overall books of accounts

Generate monthly profit & loss statements and cash flow reports

Coordinate with third-party logistics partners for COD reconciliation

Assist in audits and financial reviews

Support inventory valuation and COGS calculations in coordination with warehouse teams

Manage day-to-day accounting for e-commerce transactions across platforms (Shopify, Amazon, FirstCry, etc.)

Reconcile payment gateways (Razorpay, PayU, Shopify Payments, COD, etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
