Accounts Executive (female)

Lahore, Pakistan

  • Handle daily bookkeeping, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Prepare invoices, manage accounts receivable/payable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.
  • Process employee reimbursements, expense reports, and payroll assistance.
  • Support external/internal audits by providing required documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, ERP, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
