Accounts Executive - Finance & Accounts

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with a minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and expert-level knowledge of Tally ERP software, along with a solid understanding of Indian accounting standards and statutory compliance.

Local candidates will be given preference due to the nature of the role and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations including journal entries, ledger updates, and trial balance preparation.
• Maintain accurate financial records in Tally ERP and ensure timely posting and reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
• Conduct bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations with accuracy.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings, ensuring full compliance.
• Use Advanced Excel tools (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Macros, Power Query) for financial analysis and reporting.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Support internal and external audits with required documentation and insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong command over Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and Indian financial regulations.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Tally or Advanced Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems or accounting automation tools.
• Exposure to audit and compliance processes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
