  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, journal entries, and ledger maintenance.
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable – prepare invoices, record payments, and follow up for collections.
  • Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers regularly.
  • Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, and expense reports.
  • Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings in coordination with auditors.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Handle billing, freight invoices, and logistics-related accounting documents.
  • Maintain accurate records of client contracts, vendor payments, and shipment costs.
  • Coordinate with internal departments like operations, dispatch, and logistics for cost and billing validation.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
